CIMURC Avança na Gestão Ambiental com Suporte Técnico e Capacitação dos Municípios

O Consórcio Intermunicipal do Médio Rio das Contas (CIMURC), através do convênio 006/21 - Gestão Ambiental Compartilhada (GAC), celebrado com a Secretaria do Meio Ambiente da Bahia (SEMA/BA), tem desempenhado um papel crucial no fortalecimento das capacidades ambientais dos municípios consorciados. A equipe técnica do CIMURC tem fornecido suporte essencial para as atividades de licenciamento e fiscalização ambiental, capacitando os municípios para uma gestão ambiental mais eficaz.
Recentemente, os municípios de Ubatã, Ibirataia e Ipiaú deram importantes passos na gestão ambiental e estão agora aptos para realizar licenciamento e fiscalização ambiental. Com esses avanços, o número de municípios capacitados aumentou para seis, incluindo Ibirataia, Itagibá, Ipiaú, Jequié, Jitaúna e Ubatã. Estes municípios já possuem as competências necessárias para exercer atividades de licenciamento e fiscalização ambiental, contribuindo de maneira significativa para a gestão ambiental municipal.
A atuação do CIMURC e a colaboração com a SEMA/BA são fundamentais para a implementação e aprimoramento das práticas ambientais nos municípios da região. A capacitação dos municípios é um passo importante para garantir que a gestão ambiental local seja realizada de forma eficiente e sustentável, promovendo a proteção dos recursos naturais e o desenvolvimento sustentável na região do Médio Rio das Contas.
